Do you want to register a trademark in Spain?
Not only names, but also graphics, packaging, labels and logos are registrable, in particular:
- Words or combinations of words, including those used to identify persons.
- Images, figures, symbols and graphics.
- Letters, numerals and combinations thereof.
- Colours.
- Three-dimensional shapes including packaging, wrapping, containers, product shape or presentation.
- Sounds.
- Any combination of the distinctive signs or means mentioned previously.
The goods and services existing in the market are included in the International Trademark Classification, divided into 45 classes; 34 for goods and 11 for services.
