Rodrigo\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.protectia.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/D.-Rodrigo3.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a>required for the professional activity of Industrial Property Agent.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Tests have been particularly severe in this call<\/strong><\/em>, this is the reason for having such a low number of approved: 266 candidates who took the exam, only 29 have passed the test.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Test consisits of three exams:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>first one<\/strong> about the knowledge of Industrial Property on national and international level: 73 themes divided in 4 different areas:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>First part: Inventions, Patents, Usability Models.<\/li>\n<li>Second part: distinctive signs.<\/li>\n<li>Third part: International Framework for the Protection of Industrial Property.<\/li>\n<li>Fourth part: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oepm.es\/en\/index.html\">SPTO<\/a> &#8211; Administrative law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>second<\/strong> exam: legal translations from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.
